Check if your home University has signed a bilateral agreement within the Erasmus Programme with the University of Milano-Bicocca.
NOMINATION
Your home University must send an e-mail to the Bicocca International Office (international.office@unimib.it ) informing us about your arrival by May 20th for the first semester or full academic year and by October 20th for the second semester.The e-mail should include the following information for each applying student :
name and surname,
date of birth,
place of birth,
e-mail address,
in which semester he/she will stay at UNIMIB,
duration of his/her stay,
study area.
CONFIRMATION
After verifying the Bilateral Agreement in force, the Bicocca International Office will send a letter of acceptance to your University, e-mailing a copy to you.
APPLICATION
You will then receive an e-mail by the International Office with the information about the application procedures and a list of necessary documents as follows:
application form
learning agreement
copy of your ID or passport
copy of your European Health Insurance card or private health insurance
written statement issued by your home University, containing your mobility status and period of stay
list of all the exams taken at your home university
Complete your Learning Agreement, sign it and have it signed by your Erasmus Coordinator. Ask the form to your home University or , if lacking, you can download our form for Incoming Students.In order to chose the courses, you can contact the Bicocca Erasmus Coordinator of your Faculty.
Please note that if you wish to participate in Courses not solely pertaining to one Faculty (for example, you wish to do exams both in Economics and Law) you need to obtain permission signatures from each Faculty Coordinator.
The University of Milano-Bicocca offers free Italian language courses to incoming students. If you wish to attend the course, you must specify it on the application form.
You will be contacted by the Language Office and you will have to take a preliminary test (on-line or in person) to assess your level.
