Doctorate School

Starting from the XXIX cycle the University of Milan-Bicocca established the United PhD School. Professor Giovanna Iannantuoni is the dean of the School. The School manages all the active PhD programs at the University in order to better integrate the policies of recruitment, selection, enrollment and studies for title at the University.

The School also offers its own training program in order to expand the development and skills of graduate students, both from a scientific interdisciplinary point of view and from a social one.

The activities of the School are carried out respecting the prerogatives of doctorate courses, according to specific competencies assigned by the Statute of the University of Milano-Bicocca.

Furthermore, the School organizes many initiatives in order to enhance scientific activities that characterize PhD courses, triggering the collaboration with industry and companies. Moreover, the School coordinates collaborations with other international PhD Schools in order to manage joint PhD Courses.
