Welcome Desk

The Welcome desk ( International Student office ) will be closed from 11 until 20  August for summer vacation

The Welcome Desk will be happy to help international students, degree seekers and mobility students   with the matters concerning University’s procedures. You can get information about the enrollment, the required documents and some useful advise for the admission at the faculty. This includes a support in the process of registration, the entry examination instructions, the documents submition, and other issues about such as the payment.

 

For the academic year 2017/2018 the Welcome Desk will keep the following opening hours:

Monday 9-12

Tuesday 13.45-15.45

Wednesday 13.45-15.45

Thursday 13.45-15.45

Friday 9-12

在2017/2018学年,外国学生办公室 (Welcome desk) 将保持以下办公时间 :

周一9-12

周二13.45-15.45

周三13.45-15.45

周四13.45-15.45 (有中国母语人帮助)

周五9-12 (有中国母语人帮助)
