Biografia

Marco Romito is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Department of Sociology and Social Research – Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca. His interests are mainly in the field of the sociology of education, social inequalities and qualitative research methods. He works on educational transitions, educational tracking and career guidance technologies.

He is currently carrying out research on higher education transition and on the university experiences of ‘first-in-family’ students within the Italian context and on digital devices as policy instruments in the governance of the European Education Space.
