Competenze

Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche analitiche di spettrofotometria, fluorimetria, immunoluminescenza e spettrometria di massa, in particolare di gas cromatografia-spettrometria di massa (GC-MS) e cromatografia liquida-spettrometria di massa tandem (LC-MS/MS) nella ricerca e diagnostica metabolomica.

Esperto di diagnostica di malattie ereditarie del metabolismo mediante spettrometria di massa: dosaggio di steroli, ossisteroli, acidi grassi a catena corta, media, lunga e molto lunga, dosaggio di amminoacidi e dosaggio di acilcarnitine.

Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche separative (cromatografia, elettroforesi zonale, CZE, cromatografia ad alta pressione, gas-cromatografia, centrifugazione, gel filtrazione).

Ottima conoscenza di tutte le tecniche di dosaggio di metaboliti e di attività enzimatiche implicati nelle analisi biochimiche di laboratorio biomedico (biochimica clinica, proteine ed enzimi, urinalisi, ematologia e coagulazione, biochimica analitica).

Ottima conoscenza delle principali tecniche e tecnologie di analisi biochimiche in culture cellulari (analisi e dosaggio enzimatico di enzimi o substrati, purificazione e quantificazione di proteine mediante elettroforesi zonale, studio dell’attività della catena respiratoria).

Ottima conoscenza delle metodiche di biometria e statistica applicate allo studio di modelli sperimentali cellulari o animali e nell’attività, sperimentale e clinica, del laboratorio di biochimica clinica.

Ottima conoscenza end-user delle tecnologie informatiche per scrittura di testi, elaborazione di immagini, creazione e gestione di database, bioinformatica e statistica, networking, accettazione, gestione di risultati e refertazione clinica.
