All PhD students of the XXX cycle of studies (except for those who have suspension periods to recover) must meet the following deadlines:

| December 16 - January 9, 2020 | Final thesis submission on Segreterie Online (minor revision) |
| January 15 - February, 2020 | Final defense |
Deadlines for candidates who have received a non-pass recommendation (major revision)
| June 4 – 17, 2020 | New thesis submission |
| July 24 - September 30, 2020 | Final defense |
SPECIAL EXAM SESSION
| August 31 - September 14, 2020 | Submission of the application and the thesis on Segreterie Online |
| October 20 - November 10, 2020 | Final thesis submission on Segreterie Online (minor revision) |
| November 13 - 30, 2020 | Final defense |
