Eccitazione UV-VIS (250-700 nm) con lampada Xenon JobinYvon 450 W e lampada tungsteno-alogena.
Monocromatore di eccitazione: Jobin-Yvon Gemini 180 (2 reticoli da 1200 righe/mm, con blaze a 300 nm o a 500 nm).
Rivelazione: monocromatore Jobin Yvon Micro HR con 2 reticoli intercambiabili (150 righe/mm, blaze a 500 nm e 600 righe/mm, blaze a 400 nm). Rivelatore CCD Jobin-Yvon Symphony retroilluminato e raffreddato ad azoto liquido (intervallo spettrale 200-1100 nm).
Intervallo di temperatura: 10-600 K (PL) e 300-800 K (TSL).
