Sistema di misura di quantum efficiency e risposta spettrale (SPEQUEST)
Questo strumento permette di valutare l'efficienza quantica esterna, EQE (o Incident photon to current efficiency, IPCE), di diversi tipi di celle solari. Calibrato con due diversi fotodiodi (Si e Ge) in base all'intervallo di lunghezze d'onda di interesse, consente di effettuare misure da 350 a 1800 nm. Può fornire un bias di tensione e/o un bias di luce bianca (alogena), blu o IR alla cella durante la misura, necessari per la caratterizzazione di celle solari a multigiunzione.
