Micro-spettrometro Raman Labram (Dilor – JobinYvon)

Il micro-spettrometro Raman Labram Dilor è in configurazione back scattering ed è accoppiato confocalmente ad un microscopio. Il microscopio (BX40, Olympus) permette di analizzare selettivamente i campioni su scala micrometrica. I diversi obiettivi di cui è equipaggiato permettono sia di selezionare una area del campione di diversa grandezza sia di fare analisi a diversa profondità come nel caso di campioni multistrato, grazie alla diversa apertura numerica degli obbiettivi.
Caratteristiche:
● sorgenti laser: Ar+ a 488 nm (massima potenza 50 mW), He-Ne a 633 nm (massima potenza 20mW);
● portacampioni: stage xy motorizzato caratterizzato da una risoluzione laterale di circa 1 μm e quella verticale fino a 2 μm;
● obiettivi microscopio: 10X (0,25NA), 20X (0,4 NA), 50X (0,7 NA), 100 X (0,9 NA), 50X-LWD (long work distance, 0.75 NA);
● risoluzione dello spettrometro: 1 cm-1.
Configurazioni disponibili:
● misure a temperatura variabile (4 K ÷ 500 K) e misure di micro-luminescenza eccitata a 488 nm e 633 nm.
Applicazioni principali:
● studio di materiali per applicazioni in fotonica e optoelettronica;
● riconoscimento di fasi cristalline di pietre di interesse gemmologico;
● riconoscimento di polimeri;
● caratterizzazione di materiali a base di carbonio (carbon black, grafite, grafene, nanotubi, carbonio amorfo, diamante);
● determinazione di pigmenti inorganici;
● studio in situ e in operando di celle a combustibile e batterie.
