Rifrattometro a prisma accoppiato per misure di indice di rifrazione di materiali a alta precisione. Il sistema è in grado di misurare indice di rifrazione inferiore a 2,5 e, per strati sottili, può misurare sia l'indice di rifrazione sia lo spessore dello strato sottile.
